A dedicated, long-term resident, Dawn values inclusivity, compassion, and progress. She actively supports veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, seniors, animal welfare, and numerous charitable organizations. Her community-first approach includes advocating for seniors and standing up for residents who may not have a voice or the resources to be heard.
Dawn brings a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and operated several successful businesses built from the ground up. Her professional experience also spans insurance, financial management, and investments advising. In addition, Dawn proudly serves the town of Stoughton as a plow truck driver, demonstrating her hands-on commitment to keeping the community safe and running smoothly.
As a member of the Asian community, Dawn offers valuable perspectives and deep understanding of the diverse needs within our town-strengthening her ability to serve all residents of Stoughton.

Get to Know Me
My name is Dawn Dino, and I have proudly called Stoughton home for over 51 years. My family's roots in this town run deep, spanning generations. My father, a military veteran, and my grandfather before him were lifelong residents of Stoughton. My mother, a humble immigrant from Thailand, chose Stoughton as her home when she arrived in this great country, and it is here that our family built our life.
My husband, Jason Dino, is also a lifelong resident of Stoughton. His family owned and operated the Dino Buick dealership here in town for many years, contributing to Stoughton's local economy and community. My father-in-law proudly served on the Town Finance Committee and played a key role in helping Stoughton secure both the funding and land for our town's soccer fields. Giving back has always been a core value in my husband's family, and they have a long tradition of charitable involvement and helping those in need throughout our town.
I raised my son Marshal in Stoughton, where he was educated in our public schools. After graduation, he answered the call to serve his country-something that fills me with immense pride. Like so many families in town, I have spent countless hours on the sidelines of our sports fields, cheering on our Knights and town league teams through sun, rain, and snow. I was also an active member of the PTO during my son's school years.
I am a proud business owner and have owned several businesses here in Stoughton. I have served on multiple town boards, attended many town events, and remain actively involved in our community. In addition, I am an independent contractor for the Town of Stoughton, providing plowing and snow removal services-I truly know these streets like the back of my hand.
Currently, I serve as Town Meeting Representative for Precinct 4, and I previously served as Meeting Representative for Precent 8 in 2004. Through these roles, I have worked to help shape and strengthen our community.
I am now asking for your support as I seek to become a Select Board Member for the Town of Stoughton. This is an exciting and pivotal time for our town. We have all witnessed the challenges, changes, and rapid development shaping Stoughton today. Our town is evolving, and I want to be part of the guiding force that ensures we grow thoughtfully and with purpose.
My vision is to help Stoughton build a strong identity-one that supports small businesses, strengthens education, plans smart and responsible development, and brings our community together. I ask you to join me in leading Stoughton toward a strong, vibrant, and sustainable future.
